Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh or dried lemon balm leaves
- 1 cup high-proof vodka or food-grade alcohol

Instructions
- Prepare the Tincture: Chop the lemon balm leaves and pack them into a clean glass jar. Pour the vodka over the leaves until fully submerged. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks, shaking daily. This extracts the active compounds for potent lemon balm stress relief.
